Personal - Buckshots

I wanted to further iterate on my texturing skills since I feel that it is one of my weakest points. I decided to focus on making something simple look good and "go back to the fundamentals" because I feel that good textures can make a relatively boring object have life and personality to them.

I created 3 stages of "age" for the shell where you have it in a sort of "factory new", "slightly worn", and "seen hell and back".
All textures created in Quixel. One thing I would like to have in future as well is to be able to have more parametric control over the "age" of the textures and pump this out even faster. As always, practice makes perfect.

Textures created in 2k, downsized to 1k in both viewer and beauty shots.
